Call It a Day
November 3 is Cliche Day,
It's a good time to remember to let sleeping dogs lie and that it takes two to tango.

Hot Enough for Ya?
To check if oil has been heated to the correct tmperature for frying, put the handle end of a wooden spoon into the center of the pan. If bubbles form around it, the oil is ready.
