I am posting a reply here as part of replying on Tumblr - mostly bacause I created it here as the photos needed to be online before I replied, found out that by doing this on Tumblr as a new post the photos ended up online for the reply.

Since you sent the question to my tumblr, I assume it is tumblr blog you are asking about.
The simplest way is to tag your photos: i.e. #submission #selfies #favourite
i.e.
This allows viewers to see all the tagged photos if they click on the link:
Which brings them to a system created page: YOURBLOGNAME.tumblr.com/tagged/YOURTAG i.e. http://nudecanadianboy.tumblr.com/tagged/NudeCanadianBoy
A) Allows you to pre-select a theme, or edit the HTML of your existing theme (I’ve not attempted to change the HTML).

You can then change the description of your blog to add the url for your tagged photos:
