Seeing the smiles of children and the sparkle in their eyes. Hearing a shout across the room, "Look what I did!" The magic of watching butterflies emerge and seeds sprout. Seeing the delight when a child learns to write his or her name for the first time. The feeling I have when I know that I have truly made a difference in the life of a child.
